Getting your mortgage is a four-step process:
| 1. Apply | It takes approximately 5 minutes to apply online. Complete the form as thoroughly and accurately as you can. Conexia will use this information to find you the right lender and the best rate. |
| 2. Processing | Your loan application will be reviewed by a Conexia mortgage agent, who will review your application and then contact you to discuss your specific mortgage needs. |
| 3. Acceptance | When your loan is approved, the important paperwork begins. Your mortgage agent will send you the mortgage approval and other documents you will need to sign and return. |
| 4. Funding | When the mortgage paperwork is finished and your loan is complete, you will need to meet with your lawyer to finalize and register your loan. |
